Lalo's brand is thoughtfully designed baby and toddler essentials for the modern parent. Their team tells it to you straight, and give you the information you need to make the right choice.

Lalo’s Co-Founder, Michael Weider, knew shopping for baby gear can be an overwhelming task for new and expecting parents. There are far too many options to choose from, unclear information on the products themselves, and overcrowded stores with limited customer service resources. So in 2018 he and his founding team decided to fix it. They are now helping solve the pain points families typically experience during this process by providing them with an easier way to shop. 

Lalo reached out to Yaguara as they exited from being the new kid on the block and into a quickly scaling company with a dynamic product suite. We’ve since been working heavily with their Michael and his team to continue their data-driven growth in the $10B US baby gear market.

Life before Yaguara

Before signing on to Yaguara, Lalo was flipping back and forth between lots of screenshotting, Google Sheets, and emails. Additionally, OKRs were being used but without real-time data it became more of a chore to always have the correct data in place for updates.

The team was looking for a data aggregation and visualization tool to analyze metrics across the business to help speed up decision-making.

Up till Yaguara their team operated in an ad-hoc fashion in regards to goal-setting and reporting on key metrics.
