To make sure that you are purchasing from the correct sellers, make a point to check out the reviews of that seller. I tried to contact the sellers and asked them questions about their products.
Do not try to run behind very cheap products, as you will not receive the expected items like the one displayed in the images. Do not make a large first order if you are ordering from the seller for the first time.
Don’t expect fast delivery as your products will be shipped from China. You won’t get a fast delivery unless you pay extra for some express delivery.
How To Evaluate The Seller On DHGate?
You can follow these steps to evaluate the seller and their product quality on the platform.
Step 1: Visit the official website of DHGate with the help of the link provided.
Step 2: Create your account on the platform.
You can join for free on DHGate or sign in to your existing article with the help of your email id and password.
Step 3:Select a product and add it to your cart.
Scroll down on the home page of DHGate or search for the product that you want to purchase. Once you have selected the product, click on it to view its details.
Next, select the required details of the product and add them to your cart.
Note: To demonstrate the process, I chose to evaluate the seller of a men’s sweatshirt. After viewing the shirt’s details, I selected a size that fits me and the color I wanted to have.
Besides, note that most of the sellers are based in China. Hence the 3 XL or 4 XL size may be equivalent to the American XL size.
Step 4: Take a look at the seller’s shop and other details.
As demonstrated above, you can add multiple items to your cart. Once you have added all the products, click on the ‘Go To Cart’ option present on the right panel of the interface.

If the seller sells all the random products and does not stick to a niche, then there are chances that you may receive products that are not up to the mark. This is because the seller adds all the supplies he received at a lower price to his shop.
Apart from that, a seller’s home page also helps us evaluate if the products are genuine. If you come across a well-built store home page, you can buy what you have added to the cart. However, check out other evaluation factors if the home page is not appropriately customized.

After evaluating the seller, I found the shop and the products to be worth buying and genuine. Hence I proceeded to buy the sweatshirts.
