Heap has made significant strides with their eCommerce offering compared to legacy solutions since they entered the market. The tool’s behavior analytics let teams dig deeper than usual into customer behavior to analyze a problem, or a worthy success. Heap moves past the high-level, traditional metrics and focuses teams on specific events that create new day-to-day value.


If your eCommerce business has grown past the start-up phase or is generating predictable revenue, Heap is a great platform for scaling analytics. But while its structure is highly adaptable to businesses, be prepared for serious investments from your bank account and learning curves for your average users.
