Jonathan Smalley is a Co-Founder & CEO of Yaguara. 

He is a two-time founder and CEO with a passion for software that helps companies work better together. Before starting his first company, Jonathan created decision-support tools for hospital systems that allowed physicians to leverage data to improve patient outcomes. He has since worked with hundreds of eCommerce companies over the last several years with a specific focus on how companies can leverage cross-functional data to increase team alignment and decision velocity.

Jon brings extensive experience in fundraising, operations, data, and product development strategy to Yaguara’s team and to each customer.
